Resinex™ MX-1 Mixed Bed Ion Exchange Resin for Demineralised Water in Muscat, Oman

Original price was: ر.ع.150.000.Current price is: ر.ع.125.000.

Resinex™ MX-1 is a factory-premixed, regenerable mixed bed ion exchange resin engineered for the production of fully demineralised, high-purity water. Formulated as a 1:1 volumetric blend of strong acid cation (H⁺ form) and strong base anion (OH⁻ form, Type 1) resins, it delivers conductivity leakage below 0.1 µS/cm — a critical performance benchmark for industrial and laboratory water treatment applications across Oman and the wider GCC region. Its robust gel-type polystyrene divinylbenzene matrix is built to withstand the demanding operating environments encountered in Muscat’s industrial zones, ensuring long service life and consistent effluent quality.

  • Ultra-low conductivity leakage (<0.1 µS/cm) — suitable for all standard mixed bed polishing applications
  • High whole bead integrity (≥95% whole bead count) — excellent resistance to mechanical degradation, maintaining low pressure drop across the bed
  • High operating capacity — Cation: 0.85 eq/L; Anion: 0.45 eq/L minimum, providing an economical service cycle
  • Full pH stability (0–14) — compatible with aggressive chemical regeneration environments using HCl and NaOH
  • Ready-to-use, pre-mixed format — reduces on-site preparation time; available in 25-litre PE valve bags and 1,000-litre polypropylene FIBC big bags

Description

Mixed Bed Ion Exchange Resin Oman – Resinex™ MX-1 Mixed Bed Ion Exchange Resin — High-Purity Demineralised Water for Industrial & Laboratory Applications in Oman

In Oman’s industrial and commercial water treatment sector, the demand for consistently high-purity demineralised water is non-negotiable — from pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory applications in Muscat to power generation and electronics processing facilities across the Sultanate. Resinex™ MX-1 Mixed Bed Ion Exchange Resin delivers precisely that: a pre-mixed, regenerable ion exchange medium engineered for reliable production of silica-free, ultra-pure water with conductivity leakage below 0.1 µS/cm.

The resin’s Type 1 quaternary ammonium functional group in the anionic component is specifically selected to achieve the lowest possible silica leakage — a known challenge in GCC water treatment where silica fouling can compromise downstream processes. Combined with a high-integrity bead structure that resists mechanical attrition, minimising fines generation, bed fouling, and unplanned pressure drop increases, Resinex™ MX-1 represents a technically sound, long-term investment for operators who cannot afford process interruptions. Available through our Muscat operations with local technical support.

Typical Applications

  • Final polishing stage following a two-bed or multi-bed demineralisation train
  • Standalone demineralisation in laboratory water purification systems
  • Mixed bed cartridge systems for point-of-use ultra-pure water production
  • Boiler feed water polishing in industrial utility plants
  • Pharmaceutical-grade purified water (PW) pre-treatment support systems
