UV Water Systems Filter Store Oman

Our water filter store Oman customers rely on sits in Muscat, and it has been supplying reverse osmosis systems, water softeners, UV sterilizers and replacement cartridges across the Sultanate for more than 14 years. UV Water Systems (Uniqueness View LLC) is ISO 9001:2015 certified and works with homes, restaurants, schools, hospitals, oil and gas sites and government departments.
What the water filter store in Oman stocks
We hold stock rather than order everything to job. That means a failed membrane or a blocked sediment cartridge can usually be replaced the same week, often the same day in Muscat.
- Domestic RO systems, 75 to 400 GPD, with and without pumps
- Commercial and industrial RO plants from 250 LPH to 100 m3/day
- Water softeners and multimedia filters for hard Muscat supply water
- UV sterilizers from Luminor and Aquapro
- Sediment, carbon block, GAC and inline post-carbon cartridges
- Dupont Filmtec membranes for domestic and industrial units
- Chemical dosing systems from Emec Italy and Grundfos pumps
- Stainless steel cluster filters, dispensers and chillers
- Water treatment chemicals, including pool chemicals
Reverse osmosis for homes in Muscat
Municipal supply in Oman is mostly desalinated, so the two complaints we hear from homeowners are taste and scale. A five or seven stage RO unit under the kitchen sink handles taste, odour and dissolved solids. Installation takes about an hour. Cartridges are changed every six months, the membrane every two to three years depending on feed water.
For villas with a roof tank, we usually pair the RO with a whole-house sediment filter so the finer cartridges downstream are not choked by sand and rust.
Water softeners for hard water
Hardness shows up as white deposits on taps, glass and heating elements, and it shortens the life of water heaters, washing machines and coffee equipment. A softener sized to the number of bathrooms and daily consumption removes calcium and magnesium by ion exchange. We size the resin volume to your actual usage rather than selling a fixed model, and we set the regeneration cycle at commissioning.
Commercial and industrial systems
Restaurants, cafes and coffee chains need filtration matched to the equipment, not just to the water. Espresso machines and ice makers fail early when hardness is left untreated, so we specify carbon plus scale control ahead of the machine and log the cartridge change dates for you.
On the industrial side we have installed and maintained sand filters, multimedia filters, softeners, RO and DI trains for hospitals, laboratories, oil and gas stations and government sites. Typical hospital main line work runs to 100 m3/day with a 500 LPH RO plus DI polishing unit. Every plant is handed over with a testing and commissioning report and an operation manual.
Service, spares and annual maintenance
Buying the unit is the easy part. What keeps water safe is the cartridge change on schedule, the membrane flush and the sanitization of the tank and lines. Our three field technicians cover Al Hail, Ruwi, Al Khuwair and the surrounding areas, and annual maintenance contracts include scheduled visits, water testing for pH, chlorine and hardness, and a written service report after each call.
How to choose the right filter
Start with a water test. Hardness, TDS, pH and chlorine tell you whether the problem is scale, taste or disinfection, and each points to a different unit. Buying an RO system when the real issue is hardness will only move the failure to the membrane. We test samples free of charge for customers in Muscat, and the World Health Organization publishes the drinking water quality guidelines we work against alongside Oman standards.

Filter store Oman: common questions
How often should cartridges be changed?
Every six months for a domestic RO unit on normal municipal supply. Sites with a roof tank or heavy sediment need three to four months. Our filter store Oman team logs each change date so you are reminded before performance drops.
Do you deliver outside Muscat?
Yes. Cartridges, membranes and complete systems ship anywhere in the Sultanate. Installation and service visits from the filter store Oman workshop cover Muscat directly, and other governorates by arrangement.
What warranty do you give?
One year on domestic systems and pumps, with a written warranty certificate. Membranes and cartridges are consumables and are covered against manufacturing defect only. Every filter store Oman installation is handed over with a job sheet and, for plants, a commissioning report.
Can you match a competitor quotation?
We quote on specification rather than on price alone. Send the competing offer and we will show you the difference in membrane brand, housing quality, pump and service cover, then quote the equivalent from our filter store Oman range.
Filter store Oman: why buy from us
Three things separate our filter store Oman operation from a shop that only sells boxes. We size the system to a water test instead of a price list. We stock the spares, so a breakdown does not wait three weeks for shipping. And we keep the service record, which is what an ISO audit or a hospital facilities manager will ask for. If you want the filter store Oman option that still answers the phone in year five, call us before you buy.
