Every 9 to 12 months, or sooner if you reach 35,000 gallons or notice a drop in flow. Sites with high sediment loading or heavy daily volume usually land nearer 9 months. We log the date at installation and contact you before it expires.
Does the HF60 remove hardness or scale?
No. It is a cold beverage cartridge built for taste, particle and microbiological reduction. Where limescale is damaging hot equipment, use the 3M HF8-S scale reduction cartridge or a softener ahead of the machine.
Will it fit my existing filter head?
It fits the 3M High Flow SQC head used on the BEV160 and similar systems. If you are replacing another brand, send us a photo of the head and we will confirm the right cartridge or supply a complete head and bracket assembly.
Is it suitable for drinking water?
