Description
The Everpure i4000 cartridge (Insurice i4000², part number EV9612-32) is the replacement filter for Everpure Insurice ice machine systems. It combines 0.5 micron precoat filtration with a built-in scale inhibitor, so it protects the ice machine evaporator and gives clear, odour-free ice in hotels, restaurants and hospitals across Oman.
Ice machines suffer badly from scale in Oman because most supply water carries high hardness. The Everpure i4000 cartridge feeds a controlled dose of scale inhibitor into the water, which keeps calcium and magnesium from plating onto the evaporator plates and water distribution tubes. Fewer harvest problems, fewer descaling call-outs and longer machine life follow.

Applications
Cube and flake ice machines in hotels, restaurants, cafes, hospitals and catering kitchens. It is also used on combined ice and beverage dispensers. For multi-cartridge Insurice systems, every cartridge in the manifold uses the same Everpure i4000 cartridge.
Maintenance and replacement
Change the Everpure i4000 cartridge every 6 months or at 12,000 gallons, whichever comes first. In high-hardness areas of Oman we recommend the 6-month change together with an ice machine sanitisation. Our AMC teams in Muscat can schedule this for you.
