How It Works
A fan draws foul air from wet wells, inlet works or sludge areas and pushes it through the treatment media. In the two-stage hybrid system, stage 1 uses inert inorganic media to biologically remove the main H2S load, and stage 2 polishes the air through virgin activated carbon that adsorbs residual H2S and trace odorous compounds. The single-stage carbon system uses high-quality virgin activated carbon alone for sites with lower or steady loads.
